Your first Reflexology session
Your Reflexology treatment will include a free confidential health and lifestyle consultation. This gives me the opportunity to find out about any areas of concern and to create a specific treatment plan tailored to meet your needs. For some conditions, it is recommended to have a course of treatments until the issue has resolved, then follow up treatments thereafter.
Using my own handmade natural balms I use soothing stroking movements and pressure to your feet and lower legs with my fingers and thumbs. This makes people feel deeply relaxed and even fall asleep.
Areas of imbalance may show up as tender spots, but most people find working on these areas to be therapeutic.
After the treatment
I would advise you to drink plenty of water or herbal tea to help cleanse your body for 24hours after the treatment. This will aid with the elimination of toxins that are released when certain reflexes are stimulated.
